Tracy m. O'Steen

 

Tracy  has over a decade of experience representing a variety of clients in  bankruptcy matters, distressed loans, receiverships, complex litigation,  commercial real estate foreclosures  and deficiency litigation. Her practice encompasses a broad range of business litigation matters in and out of bankruptcy court. Prior to moving to private practice, Tracy had the honor of  serving as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Rosenblatt in  the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, a position  she held for four years. 

Tracy  earned her J.D. at the Mississippi College School of Law where she  ranked in the top 10% of her class. During her education she was awarded  the Mississippi Bar Association  General Litigation award and was the Managing Editor of the Mississippi  College Law Review. Tracy also participated in a number of activities  including the Women’s Student Bar Association and the Moot Court Board,  becoming a semi-finalist in her law school’s  Moot Court Competition. Tracy has authored various articles for Nevada  publications and has also presented at the Risk Management Association.

Tracy  has been selected for inclusion in the The Best Lawyers in America© in  the field of Litigation-Real Estate since 2013, and was again selected  by her peers for 2019.
